Enrollment management is a mission-critical function that extends well beyond admissions—encompassing recruitment and retention strategy, marketing and brand positioning, travel and outreach, and the effective management of tuition assistance and financial aid. Just as important is the leadership required to build and develop a high-performing team and deliver a consistently exceptional experience for every prospective and current family.

We are pleased to welcome Greg Buckles, Dean of College Advising at St. Paul’s School, and Ann Snyder, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at NAIS, as featured speakers. With more than 40 years of experience across independent schools and higher education—including serving as Dean of Admission at Middlebury College—Greg brings deep expertise in enrollment management and financial aid. Ann brings over 15 years of education and nonprofit leadership, including prior work at CASE, and specializes in school strategy, governance, and advancement. Together, they offer a powerful perspective on aligning student pathways, institutional strategy, and mission-driven leadership.

Through presentations, case studies, and roundtable discussions, participants will explore topics such as leading effectively across the organization, navigating difficult conversations, partnering with the Head of School and Board, mentoring staff, and using data and market insight to guide admissions, retention, and financial aid decisions.
